some hope..... tesco called saying they are refunding the one without signature .. guess amex called them as i uploaded proof... went to see police officer he is still stressing card will be refunded dont need to raise complaint0

well tesco have processed first refund however not agreeing that it could be a mistake or fraud on yodels part :-(0
