    Morning all,
Batten down the hatches there's a storm coming later today/tomorrow, we have a beautiful red sky at the moment a bad sign I know but very pretty.

Think it's already started with us, very windy and raining heavily through the night. Won't be too bad if we keep the power (common for it to go in the wind where we are) Hope everyone stays safe and isn't affected badly..

Nothing festive here today, I have to collect the main presents from tesco but that might be tomorrow's job as it's a 40 mile round trip and we have a play date today.

Also ordering bits to redecorate our bedroom, only festive thing about that is I want it done in time for Christmas :D

    Have a good day!

I don't think the quality of that kite would be that good tbh? And i don't think a 12 year old would be very impressed with a kite that came with crayons!!! Could your budget stretch to a stunt kite of some sort? I think that would appeal to his age :)

I have seen a few sports kites on the website that I might consider.

Thank you for the tips everyone. This thread is making choosing Christmas presents easier :money:

    chrissy loving the pictures.
Well yesterday on the lorry with OH down to Shrewsbury with a load of tarmac, we had quite a long wait so was most of the day, but you know what it was lovely just spending all the time together. Never bothers me what we are doing as long as we are doing it together :blushing::grinheart it did mean by the time we got home we were both sleepy and couldn't be bothered to cook so we picked up a pizza and a portion of chips to share and in bed for 9pm! Feeling refreshed today, although work is veerrryyy quiet  hoping the day goes fast so I can get home to do some jobs.

Realised that I had forgotten I need something else for my mum, so I am going to have a nose online today and hopefully find something to order for her. May see what 3for2 boots have and but together a bath/shower hamper with the products she likes.
Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:
