jj hugs I hope they sort you soon!! I am in awe of how positive you stay, it's very admirable!!
feisty thanks I will have another look on Thursday when I food shop at Aldi
I have been reading on and off all today so I apologise but I have forgotten stuff :rotfl::o

Someone mentioned Aldi has there Christmassy stock in? I'm looking forward to shopping see if there is anything I can pick up, plus might be able to get some nibbles for my Christmas Gift night for Friday. I quite like the personalised cola bottles. Sometimes we have hosted a meal for some of our friends in December and I am wondering if to steal the idea of having these on the table with the little santa hats :D thank you irishrose :snow_grin
Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:

Thanks to the couple of people who mentioned the candy canes in Sainsburys... Finally picked up some yesterday. Going to practice my snowman soup :)

On the present front I picked up FIFA 15 for my nephew ( free with a code I was sent :j) and a couple of frozen bits for my sisters Step daughter.

I also picked up Elefun from the entertainer for only £5 for my godson which I thought was a bargain. Ordered online and hubby picked up 30 mins later.

Ordered the free personalised Famous Grouse label from their website for my dad. I added a picture from my wedding, which I think he will love.

Baby's due date is 2 days away now... So I'm ordering all my presents online and getting hubby to pick up on his lunch break :T

    February GC £26.68/£250

Hi does anyone know when all the gift guides come out? I keep looking in all the stores but nothing apart from boot. I love to sit down with a coffee looking through all the gift guides even though I've already finished Xmas shopping for my two kids lol. Also anyone know where I can get a disney cars, sofia the first and doc mcstuffins advent calendars from please

Hi, I know Add a has a gift guide out on the 9th so presume Tesco elf be the same - I like a nose in those.

About the islanders I'm sure my p.world had them, the range did but didn't see a price in there.

    :)

can't believe its only 11 Fridays until Christmas :)

Not much on the Christmas front today other than our Panto tickets arriving, ordered them on Friday and they came today and got them BOGOF as well so was an added bonus :) Going to try and do something every day in December with the kids and possibly thinking about getting an elf as this will probably be the last year my girl believes in it all :( have any of you lovely people done the elf on a shelf? xx

We don't have elf on the shelf was I think he is scary lol.
We have two me to you bears that visit on 1st Dec every year, they get up to all sorts and sometimes leave nice treats, they leave the night before Xmas eve and leave the Christmas eve hampers as a goodbye pressie - my two love it!

I noticed they have the wee Santa hats in my local spar today at 99p for four? I might have to invest though no idea what for! Might be good for topping the wee bottles of sloe gin? Mmm...

Hugs to all that need them

Those are the hats I'm using for my coke bottles too. I did the same last year with the glass coke bottles as it is only this year that it has been possible to order the personalised ones :D

What are you using to stick the pom pom noses on the candy cane reindeer? I used double sided tape last year, but the noses kept falling off
