Am getting a little more Christmas spirit but due to some financial commitments the whole Christmas buying is now on hold until December, which totes messes with my plan to be done before but I think everyone will be getting vouchers & a couple of opening presents so hopefully I can get that done in a day.

Luckily I have already got a few bits for DS but it will be a very tight year this year so I have told everyone not to expect much. OH & I will do a token 20 quid something to have a gift to open in the morning but I am pretty much broke will January & possibly wont have a job after February so a lot going on.
If you need to stick with vouchers can you maximise any offers. Last year there were threads about offers on itunes vouchers that were for sale less than their value, if they are suitable for anyone you buy for. Do you have any Tesco clubcards or do you shop there? They are likely to do the offer where you can maximise their face value,in certain departments, in addition to their clubcard deal.

Years ago when we're skint hubby and I had £20 to spend on each other too and we had great fun getting as many bits as we could. We still talk about that year more so than any more affluent years with regards to how much the presents were enjoyed. This was in the days before widespread poundshops too!:D

I find myself getting increasingly restless at this time of year, as I want the Christmas stock to be in quicker than the shops stock it or put it on-line.

Husband is home from New Orleans. I showed him the jobs I'd had done. He guesstimated £1k. The actual cost was £420. I must have over £500 change then to spend.:rotfl:

Husband brought back gifts, including a range of sauces for teenage son. I'd have snaffled the Dr Pepper one away for his stocking if I'd seen it first.

If you are heading instore for snow fairy it'll be October 3rd if you are doing online the rumour is that it will be October 1st but if your girls are big snow fairy fans there are a couple of other things that they would like this year too. I can't tell you much more but the range is fantastic this year it's going to make alot of people happy. I actually think you might find something in the range that you will like too. The minute I'm allowed to I'll blab all to you!

This doesn't surprise me at all, I know a boxer who absolutely loves it! If it's for the boys they will love one item in particular because it doesn't look like it should smell how it does if that makes sense.

Amey, this is very intriguing, I can't wait for the reveal now and I'm not even a Lush fan lol.

    Freespirit, it's a :) from me too.

Achica have a Pandora sale on at the moment if anyone has Pandora fans to buy for (thanks to OP on the Grabbit Thread). I'm thinking of getting the Father Christmas for my own Christmas bracelet but waiting to hear from DD because she's going to break up one of her bracelets to raise money for buying their house so if she's got it I'll buy it from her instead.
It's the most wonderful timeof the year :
