What a wonderful lot you are. Thank you, yep been overdoing things but am now almost packed :) woo hoo go me.
Garden fenced done :) it's gorgeous I love it, and an extra little piece for our lovely neighbours hope it'll be a nice surprise when they get back from their mini hols tomorrow. Six foot fencing on all three sides and a three foot piece with gate, next to back door so I can natter to said lovely neighbour :) Need to get the membrane down and railway sleepers laid before the guy comes back to flag and put little fence/gate in the front- hols first :) xxx

Well done Nanamia getting that packing done. :T Garden sounds as though it is really coming together. Just incase I don't get back on hope you have a lovely time and we want to know all about it when you get back. Byeeee xx
Evening everyone, have had a very weird day today, woke up feeling sick, so grabbed a piece of toast (forgetting it was fast day doh) went back to bed and ended up with pounding headache, and the room was spinning when i closed my eyes, plus a churning in my stomach and nausea, i felt flipping awful managed to get up and take some tabs fell asleep again, by the time i woke up again i was feeling a lot better and by 3pm was starving?? I still feel a bit weak now.

Hope you are feeling better now freespirit. Your symptons sounds exactly like DH when he has had migraine (thankfully they are few and far between). If he can spot the early signs (trouble focusing) and get the tablets into him then quite often he can ward the nasty thing off. When its all over he always says he is starving and could eat a horse.

    Hello all!

Not much to add , quite tired and having another bad evening with my head! Got an appointment with a neurology nurse next week , I think it is to do with the epilepsy , hoping they will try reducing the medication for it.

My arms are resting on the corners of my laptop and I keep feeling like little shocks. Hope my laptop isn't about to die.. Or kill me for that matter.

Don't say that JJ. Hope appt goes well next week. I take it there is no news on the referral yet? Try and get some sleep and hopefully you might feel a bit better in the morning. Night Night. x

Well off for the food shop this morning. The excitment is almost too much.

Freespirit what can I say? Harry Potter world was amazing and I had no worries before I left which was thank you to you. It was out of this world for me and dd who are fans oh never has or will watch so I know he thought we were mad but didn't moan which I was eternally grateful for. I did stand on diagon alley to see if a rabbit appeared under wesleys store hat and was slightly disappointed it didn't as a small part of me still wants it to to be real and that an owl lost my letter all those years ago.

The urge to climb over the barriers was terrible and I was sorely tempted to rob one of the traffic cones as we left!!! I did behave.

We're off again camping on Anglesey so its been an amazing hslf term. It's a balancing a c t all the time of making memories and not worrying over little things and what people think which is ridiculous I know but can be debilitating. It's amazing how a few reassuring words from freespirit puts you in the right frame of mind to take the making memories path and not the other.

Thank you again freespirit for getting back to me and remembering x

    morning all

well done on getting so much done nanamia, enjoy your holiday you deserve a lovely break. i always think is so much nicer if youve got everywhere looking as nice as poss before you go away and then it make s coming back all the more enjoyable

JJ sounds like you are feeling a bit down, i hope news of the referal comes soon and if you are having any kind of shock off your lappy please get it checked and dont use it while its charging up or leave it unattended while it is being charged up.

omo glad to hear caravan fund is building so well, it will be a lovely source of pleasure for you when you get it and all the more because you know that youve worked and saved hard to get it.

    hope everyone is well

busy morning as taking mil to docs (she forgets what the doc tells her and shes being weaned off some medication so its important she knows how to reduce the dosage) i spent a couple of hours yeterday clearing junk from her garage to make it safer for her. window is now clear to let light in and a nice big space for her shopping trolley garden chair etc. still lots more to do but it looks safer now with less trip hazzards.
just wish i found clearing my own junk and clutter as easy as doing someone elses

I got my niece 2 frozen tshirts .

I'm sorry, but I had to read this twice as the first time I was wondering what on earth tshirts were doing in a freezer:eek: Wouldn't mind, but I had a fab night sleep, which is just as well as I am meeting friends tonight. It is virtually impossible for us all to agree on a date so we haven't seen other for about 18 mths, it will only feel like 18 mins but we will have such a laugh, can't wait:rotfl:

  • Just seen on HUKD that Superdrug have Lynx Shower Gel for 99p, from £2.99. Must nip in and get some, always get 6 for my brother for Christmas, not telling him that he pongs a bit, but money is tight for him running his own business, so these essentials are usually welcome.

    Evening :D
Not at all Christmas related... in fact the opposite...
But what can I buy a man for his 26th birthday?
My friends boyfriend and one of my other friends are having a joing birthday bbq tomorrow.
Have a bag and a bottle of sparkley and some random nail stuff for my friend... realised I have nothing for the friends boyfriend... I've never seen him drink so can't even get him a bottle of something :/
    Any ideas?
I'm thinking a funny bbq apron or something as he's BBQing for the first time ever.... has anyone seen any good ones anywhere?
I should be more prepared in future :(

I hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.
even when it feels like your not....
