Sis and Mrs I you do indeed know me too well! I am/have been overdoing things but haven't really had an alternative. That's not a woe is me comment just the way things have panned out. Think I'm mostly on top of everything now :) New bed arrived yesterday that's the finishing touch to our bedroom. And do you know I couldn't have dreamed of it being more perfect. I just love it, still not everybody's taste and DD thinks a straight jacket would finish it nicely but I love it :) Hope the timer got you through the yucky jobs Mrs I and that the plans for this week are in the garden. Well Sis don't start me on books for DGC, I'm obsessed thankfully both DGDs love them too. I read to them both the day they were born ha never too early. Asda and the works have reasonably priced fab collections, the book people often have 10 books for £10 offers on. With my obsession, ha, I bought a new book with every fortnightly shop until they were born, I've got a fab stash for when they're at mine. DGD1 and I have FaceTime story time too :) I also found copies of DS and DDs favourites for their houses from when they were littlies (course mine were still in the loft just waiting for our DGDs) xxx
Chrissy what a wonderful idea! the trophy for DD, I totally agree with Peppa we need Caitlyn tho you are so thoughtful I'm sure words from your heart would be perfect. Thinking of DD, she had more than her fair share of a hard time xxx
Newthrift we should start an ironing club :) Now lady you are just bragging with your gift stash, hope you got it sorted xxx
Hanley so pleased you've had a great day, the journey down sounded horrendous. Hope your return journey is better for you all :) xxx
Mandco ooh you always seem to do well with Primarni bargains :) Keep me posted on how you go with the 5:2 with alterations. I've come to a decision over the last couple of days, I'm quite happy to be around the weight I am now so am looking to maintain it now. I was hoping to shed another half stone but have been in and around the same for a few months now so think I'm at a comfortable level :) I will loosely still follow SW and ration my bread intake (my downfall- well that and the Lurpak I love to smother it with) xxx
Ruth aww Ruth, I'm like that when we've a new car, sad to see the old one go. Look forward to the new adventures you are going to have on your new one :) Go you jeans getting toooooooo big do you have a magic solution? Argh re the sky+ how annoying. I loved Wentworth too, new season on in Oz at the mo I think due to hit here in August- although don't quote me. Happy anniversary to you both, hope you've had a good day, must admit breakfast sounded perfect xxx
Linky wowzers you are going great :) Glad to get back to work! No where left to organise you can always come to mine :) Have you caught up with your new friend since last week? xxx
Festive Princess great news about the appointment, I've everything crossed that they'll have a fab plan for you and minimise your pain. xxx

I've been in touch with Feisty today and I hope she won't mind me mentioning. She and DH are having to face more serious health concerns. I told here she was missed and sent our love. Any spare healing and coping vibes would be very much appreciated xxx

On a happy note DGN has moved rooms within the baby unit and is doing well :) Fattening up vibes for her too please xxx

b_e_g missing you. You ok? xxx

    I can't sleep. I'm laying here in bed watching 'Vote 2014' :o

Nanamia one of the problems with selling stuff on FB is you have to get it out to photograph it. You then post it and never know when it will sell or be collected. So my house has stuff out everywhere. There is no point tidying up, as it still looks like a tip when I'm finished. I just keep thinking about the caravan and ignoring the mess.
I sold 2 items just after midnight. One was a rug my Dad gave me to sell. I have sold it a person who lives 5 minutes from his house and where I work. I am going to deliver it after work today. So I collected the rug, bought it home, moved it round the house for 2 days and now I'm practically taking it back to where it started.

But that does mean I have at least £44 coming this week. :D

Give FF my love next time you speak to her.

Healing and fattening vibes on their way, Nanamia, and lots of 'well done, now settle down' ones to your sweet self. JJ great news on the referral, hope the outcome is great too.
OMO, have you anything else left to sell? you amaze me. xx
Didn't cut the grass yesterday, big mistake, as it rained overnight and too wet now. Still this will probably make good silage!!!
Now, I must check the banking situation and send money to DDIL to pay for our overnight hotel in Shanghai, she booked it but its my treat, she gets so few breaks from 'domestic bliss'.

mrsinvisable I haven't been in the loft yet. I have another £38 to add later this week from things to be collected. I also have the tent to sell.
Dd owes it £8 and I owe it £10. (Couldn't be bothered to go to the bank)

I bought a large dog cage today for £20. Now we just have to get Mia to go in it. She isn't keen on the car. I think she thinks she is going to a new home. I worked out the only times she has ever been in a car is the vets, going to her first home and then coming here.
The plan is to get her to use it here. Then put it in the car and get her to use it ( but not go anywhere). Then get her in it, in the car, and drive round the block, until she feels save.
The cage is the only way I can do it on my own. She tries to get on my lap when she is on the back seat.
And I can't go camping with a mad dog in the car.

The annoying thing is I sold the cheap bed I used for her in my room because she never used it. Now I will have to buy another for the cage.

So if anyone has any tips on how to get a 2 year old dog into a cage I will be very grateful.

Omo - you are an inspiration, I'm back on the ebay band wagon. I sold quite a bit Sept - Christmas, and then didn't list a thing till the start of this month I now have a pile waiting!
"Vintage" clothing seems to be the theme for the current listings, sold 2 of my dads old jumpers for nearly £10 each mum was just going to throw them out!! Have a huge pile from Grans today so thats next.
Aim is to make £200 asap (ebay, avon, anyway I can...) ... I got £700 for my car when it was written off 12months ago... I may or may not have spent a bit of that about £200 funnily enough :P ... :/ and my dad finishes in Germany on Wed so my new car hunt will be starting soon.

Can I have more hours in a day please?
I feel a bit bogged down at the moment. Bleh!
