OMO, sending hugs and a shoulder, cry, lean, anything.
Nanamia, Tea at the Ritz was faaaabulouuuuuus. Grand piano playing in the 'atrium' Matching unique to the Ritz china, silver Tea Coffee and Water pots, Cloth napkins, Waiters in uniform, the lot! Food was, Finger sandwiches, scones, cut and come again sliced cakes, and mini cream cakes. They brought out more sandwiches, more scones and kept the pots refilled too. I was BORN to live like this!
Thank you for thinking about Better than Bestie, I appreciate it very much. China trip is a reality, DDIL is arranging flights, so I need to polish the smile and pack the case.
Hope everyone is ok and has a good day, Praying for good news for your dear friend, OMO. xx

OMO - my thoughts are with you, your bf and her family. xx

Not had too much of a chance to keep up with everyone. Had to go to gp on Tueday and he has put me on high dose antibiotics and hoping they do the trick. If not, he is considering sending me to hospital for iv abs. Will get his verdict tomorrow afternoon. I haven't got any worse so I am treating that as a good sign. ;) Still having problems with heel so he has said he will give me an injection when I see him tomorrow. Everyone keeps telling me how much its going to hurt - I just wish they would shut up. How are your feet now Betsie? Hope the op did the trick for you.

mrsi - the Ritz sounds absolutely fab :D

nanamia - love the headboard. Design would go well with our furniture - but I wouldn't be able to open the wardrobe doors

Will make a better attempt at keeping up with you all.

    Take care everyone

tincan please accept my sincerest condolences, i do hope that a little house can soon be found for you and your step sister.

BEG, i hope the ABs work and you dont have to have them via IV but the main thing is that however you have to have them is that they work and get you fit and well again. people are wonderful at giving you tales of their pain, i hope that the injection if you need it proves them wrong and improves your heel

tin can I'm so sorry to hear your news. I hope you find somewhere smaller to live soon.

I am so tired. I just want my house back.
Went to see HD of BBF this morning and cut his hair. He just sat and cried. But he does think she said 'No' yesterday. She hasn't repeated it, so they can't be sure. But it's something. :) She also swallowed two teaspoons of water. ( she is being tube feed).

I popped into the Range today and they had a cream throw with black stags on in the sale for £5.39. They never had it over the winter so it must have been sent in from another store. Obviously I bought one. It would have been a crime not to.

I have sold another 5 items on FB and bought 1. It is a long framed Coca Cola bar mat. They were being sold for £15. I messaged him to see if he had a JD one. He said no, so I asked if I got one would he frame it. He said it would be cheaper to buy one and change the mat myself. He then messaged me saying he had one coke one and I could have it for £8. :D

I am now rambling again. :rotfl:

Off to find a quote. :)
