Hello B_E_G I don't ever remember it being this quiet on here.

It has been manic here today. I had a clear out and posted some bits on a FB selling page. My phone has been bleeping all afternoon. People have been popping round to get bits. So far I have made £93, and I still have bits to sell. That money will pay for the kids rooms to be revamped.
I have reserved some things in Argos, new curtains and bedding for ds and a lamp for me. ( I just sold the old one). Dd wants some bits from Asda and Dunelm Mill for her room. I wish she was as easy as ds. I told him this morning I was doing his room and said 'Ok' . He didn't even ask what I was going to do. :rotfl:
Dd on the other hand has been scouring the internet all week.

I hope everyone has a good day. You have all obviously been very busy. I'm off to find a quote. :D

Well done on the FB sales OMO. I've just bought a smoothie maker and am funding it from the Laura Ashley bedding set I've just sold on ebay. I also sold a dolls house the other day so am putting that money towards the Ikea Pax wardrobes I want to provide lots of storage in the utility room at home. Got some items ending tomorrow so will put that money to it too. I need to buy them in the next few days so I can use a £20 off coupon Ikea sent me and which expires on 30th April.

It is really quiet on here today - hopefully no news is good news.

Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend. Had fab day today with my 'adopted' DD and family and going to DD1's for lunch tomorrow so will be seeing DGS1 and 2 so feeling very spoilt this weekend.
It's the most wonderful timeof the year :

    morning all.
Cardiff Bay was lovely, very pretty and a nice shopping area [shame abut the DWE] We would all love to go back but just for the shopping .The hotel [Future inns] was probably the best we have ever stayed in .
I even managed to pick up a couple of bits for Christmas in the Crabtree & Evelyn shop.
Back to reality today washing/ironing and at some point starting to erect the new fence !
