Over the years we tend to get into unhelpful thinking habits. We might favour some over others, and there maybe some that are far too familiar. Once you can identify your unhelpful thinking styles, you can start to notice them - they very often occur just before and during distressing situations. Once you can notice them, then that can help you to challenge or distance yourself from those thoughts, and see the situation in a different and more helpful way.

Get you, leaflet/flyer design, is there anything you can't turn your hand to you clever thing. Did your friend like it? What beautiful words to b_e_g I think I lurked on the flylady thread a few years ago, did your brother loose a little baby girl? (Total apologies if I've remembered wrong) xxx
Linky what are you like! I think you'd go loopy in my house with all my clutter. You are always so very busy. Try and find a few minutes me time this weekend. The fact that FM is still up made me smile. What happens at Nana's stays at Nana's or Mimas. Except my DD told me off recently, saying that DGD2 is a frequent visitor so these rules can't apply!!!

Well in other news in the Nan house, I was in such a tizzy yesterday. I didn't know if I was coming or going! DD works Fridays and as you know DGD2 has started school. Typically though first few weeks in nursery DGD2 has picked up everything going germ wise and really wasn't well so she came to spend the day with us (woo hoo Ssshhh don't tell DD but we had a lovely day) and today I managed to "borrow" her for a couple of hours too.
Is anybody else with voda£one? Oh my goodness I was beside myself couldn't work out what was wrong and when I finally did get through to them they kindly told me it was all over the internet/tv etc. it's been dodgy today tooI hadn't realised how addicted I was even though DH points it out daily haha xxx

Good Morning!
Sorry for being MIA - have had nothing going on apart from work...
We had our post-Christmas party for the Sunday School children yesterday - 37 children for tea and games. My ears are still recovering!
Have just ordered a cross stitch kit of a black and white Staffordshire bull terrier for my friend who has a big birthday in April so need to get started with that. It's small enough to frame myself - I stitched a Collie for a friend last year and I was shocked at how much the framer charged - nearly £60!
I received a parcel from a friend in Australia last week with a very pretty Christmas card and a fabric stocking made from koala-print fabric in it so the house is slightly Christmassy again - it would have been rude not to display them! My friend has come home unexpectedly as her Mum is poorly (on the mend now) and is coming for lunch on Thursday so I'll have to keep them out!
B.e.g. and his missus - I'm sorry for your loss
Junior J - hope the shunt clears. Are you going back to the GP to demand a referral? Is it worth seeing a different GP this time?
OMO - thank you for the quotes - they make me smile!
Hope everyone has a lovely Sundayx0 -
