Landlord might have provided a fake signature on tenancy agreement

What are you trying to get from all this?
Your LL has sent an S21 notice to quit and wants you to leave.
If it was dated from the 22-12-13 then you have until the 22-02-14 to leave the property! Now at this point he would have to go to court to get you out and this takes time so you may well have the 11 weeks you want.
The LL may well have a mortgage or Loan on the property and the Lender does not want tenants on HB ( housing benefits).
If YOU want to move out then give him or her ONE Calendar months notice and move on with your life OR Stay and wait for the Bailiffs to knock on your door0 -

Oh, another O.P. obsessed with the wrongs of the world, flailing vainly about for - and failing to find - an excuse to do whatever suits themselves.... who wants to leave a property on their own self-obsessed terms. I'm sure there are rather a lot of these very similar self-righteous posters around at the moment!
Never mind, it's a slow day at work.
You have presented NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER anything has been forged...0 -
No two signatures are ever the same, therefore anyone who has ever signed their name more than twice in their life is a fraud according to you.
The signature is completely irrelevant, I should think my tenants have a range of papers including their tenancy with different signatures on, as like any writing, all signatures are different. This makes absolutely no difference to a tenancy agreement or any other document, you need to accept the fact that the signature is not a forgery, if you choose to still believe that then we cannot help you.0 -

What do you mean? I am not sure that you will be so tolerant if that was me who used a fake signature.0 -

I am learning for the future. So, if I understand, as a tenant I could equally make a fake signature on my next tenancy agreement....Great!0 -
I am starting to feel sorry for the LL lol what a tenant!! There are some really pig headed people in this world that if they don't get the advice or info they are wanting will just blatantly ignore the advice!!
OP you have been told EXACTLY what is going to happen and that the signiture is a NON ISSUE GET OVER IT!!!! Start looking for a new place as if the LL has manged to get the S21 correct then you WILL get evicted. But tbh your not going to take my advice anyway so Merry Xmas and have a happy deluded New Year0 -
Like any wrting the same signature can be 'different' on different documents but are always similar. The two signatures involved are TOTALLY different.

Do you genuinely believe if you sign a document you can later claim the signature that you wrote is fake, signatures aren't always similar, I doubt mine look a like as I have more important things to do than spend five minutes writing a signature, as long as their is an ink mark made by my hand it doesn't matter what it looks like. You say this genuine signature is a sign of your landlords mentality, you might want to consider which person has resorted to posting on the internet about both a genuine signature and genuine address yet claiming that they are fraudulent.0 -

I will send my one month notice to landlord and will move out before February (since I have to travel at that time).0
