Landlord might have provided a fake signature on tenancy agreement

Sorry, if you genuinely have a 6 month AST that you have done 5 months of? Then you are free to leave at the end of the fixed term with NO notice. This is regardless of what your tenancy agreement says, although it is polite to tell your LL...
If this isn't the situation you're in, you need to be more clear. Your posts are very confusing. How many times do we need to tell you to forget about this signature non-issue?Sealed Pot Challenge #239

No, I have not see the landlord signing it and I strongly believe that was his friend that signed at his place.
Then, the terms and conditions may not be valid anymore.
And which T&Cs do you think/hope might be invalid, and so what? What are you trying to achieve?
edit: Oh, and this post might help you:
Ending/Renewing an AST (what happens when the Fixed Term ends?)(What is a Periodic Tenancy?)(How can a LL remove a tenant?)(How can a tenant end a tenancy?)0 -

You want to leave, your landlord wants you to leave for reasons outlined by you in the OP, give your notice (1 month max I think) and leave.
Take the advice posted several times, many knowledgeable folks have already chimed in.
EDIT: Yep, said 5 months in the OP.

OK - lets' cut through the cr*p!
1) Forget this stuff about the signature.
2) Do you want to leave, or stay?
3) Have you been given Notice by the landlord?
4) If yes, was it a S21 Notice and what were the dates on it?
5) What is your tenancy status? Is it is Fixed Term tenancy?
6) If yes, what date did it start, for how long, and when does, or did, it end?
7) Is there a break clause in the tenancy agreement?
8) If YOU want to leave - have you given Notice?
9) If yes, on what date, and how much Notice?
Once you have clarifies ALL the above questions, we might be able to advise you.

2) It depends if I can claim for housing benefit or not.
3) I received a copy of the notice but it is signed by his solicitor (the original will follow by post).
4) A section 21 notice starting 22 December 2013.
5) It was a fix term that is now a periodic tenancy.
6) The fix term tenancy started on 19 May 2013 and ended on 18 November 2013.
7) Only if I find someone to replace me in the property.
8) No, I have not given notice (I expected to finish my three months training before to leave).

1) It is forgery.
as advised many times - this isnot the issue
2) It depends if I can claim for housing benefit or not.
no one here can tell you whether you are entitled o HB
3) I received a copy of the notice but it is signed by his solicitor (the original will follow by post).
if instructed by LL, this is vaid
4) A section 21 notice starting 22 December 2013.
I asked for dateS - Pleural. I assume a S21(1)(b)? Or a S21(4)(a)/ Expiry date?
5) It was a fix term that is now a periodic tenancy.
Thanks
6) The fix term tenancy started on 19 May 2013 and ended on 18 November 2013.
The expiry date on the S21 is critical and is a S21(4)(a) is dependant on the FT date
7) Only if I find someone to replace me in the property.
VERY unlikely clause. Please quote exact wording
8) No, I have not given notice (I expected to finish my three months training before to leave).

If the S21 is valid (dates please!) then the court will grant possession to the LL and possibly award costs against you too.
If the signature on the cheque is not the same as on the tenancy agreement then I have the right to legitimately consider that landlord is doing a forgery on the cheque and also claim to this last or his solicitor to send me a cheque with exactly the same signature that is on the tenancy agreement (I have received today a confirmation/approval of housing benefit from the council).0
