Cash locator !!!!

Hi everyone i like numerous of us was searching for a loan i searched so many and i didnt get any !!
however the next day or 2 i saw £67.74 leave my account and the name was cash locator im not having any joy finding a number or e mail or website for this company when i do find a potential link it just says cannot display.
can anyone help me as i need this money refunded.

    Suggest you do a google search and you'll find their address and phone number at 45 Newhall street Birmingham.

    They are a loan broker. Likely as not you will only get a refund if you write to them.

    stating a full refund within 7 days or i will take legal action and i have told them ive been off work for 4 days due to this and expenses for this will be £350 and the legal expenses ..explained legal team are aware of them

    i will see

    so you think if i write to them i will get a refund

    i thought things like this had vanished !!!!!!

    I doubt email will work. Other more knowledgeable may correct me, but I think there is a legal loophole whereby loan brokers are only obliged to provide a refund if you contact them in writing. That is why they make their addresses so difficult to find.

    No but it appears some people report that they are scammers, not my opinion just what other reports state.

    They will ignore your email. You will get a refund if you write to them - check their terms and conditions. You will not receive any compensation. Most posters will also suggest that you stop putting your card details into dodgy websites. There will be no loans - only 'membership' or 'subscription' fees.
