You need a reality check OP.

They know you don't have two pennies to rub together or you wouldn't have been desperately googling for handouts of cash. There wouldn't be any loss of earnings even if it was a serious threat.

They know you have no money but you all of a sudden claim you have a hot shot Legal Team working for you.

They know the chances of you managing to post a letter are so remote they will never be required to refund you a penny.

Emails are free, there is no tengible effort involved. They can continue stringing you along with emails and costly (to you) phonecalls safe in the knowledge you are unable to follow the instructions to get a refund.

You demonstrate perfectly why there are so many companies like this scamming people every day.....candy from a baby.

Or not appear at all if they have the same track record as some similar companies. Then as you failed to cancel in writing, and are outside the 14 days, you are stuffed. Call me sceptical still, but I do hope they actually pay it back as promised.

Lol, it was suggested to write to them as it leaves a trail but you have had a response fro the email, hope the refund turns up.

Or may be it all worked exactly as expected. But eight times out of ten they don't get the request for refund.

Be smug when it arrives if you like. But look at what took you to them in the first place and fix it.

not sure i exactly understand this reply....obviously had i been successful with 1 i wouldnt have applied for the 2nd one understand good lol

I can confirm that the payment has been processed.
Your payment come to us via a debit transaction, the same as if you were buying something in a supermarket. The payment will leave your card almost immediately, but will take 1-7 days to reach our bank.
Refunds must be issued in the same way that they come to us, unfortunately this is not something we have control over. When we process a refund, again the payment will leave our bank account immediately but will take 1-7 working days to reach your account.
