Their address has changed and the support email just gets returned without delivery. I went and delivered my written request by hand and found that the address is a forwarding address. They do not even have a company. Do not give them your details and make sure your bank has blocked them from taking further payments.

I was told by an advisor at the bank that it is legal for them to pass on your details. If this is correct then they are allowed to steal from us then pass our details on to their sister companies to steal even further.

If its in the contract/terms and conditions then its ok for them to pass details on is it not ?
