Just as well internet went off when your family were back Sylvia - you could have had a week with none :eek:

I put a slice of toast on just before 12 as I rushed out with DH earlier and hadn't had breakfast. Thought toaster had broken when it didn't work. DH went off to find a little spare one that we still have and then the penny dropped - power cut. Just came back on but at least we put DDs office chair together while it was off.

Hi Sheils, glad you power is back on now. We do that when we come back from holiday and wonder why the kettle hasn't boiled and we have forgot to plug it back in.
You are right it would have been worse if the internet had gone while they were away. Its always very slow here anyway. They have had a lovely time away and come back lovely and brown.

Tickets have arrived for Harrogate Flower Show so DD1 is posting them to us.
