Ohh ellemm enjoy your night out in Glasgow! I've only ever been to Glasgow twice - great shops and loads of wonderful places to eat! It is the home of chicken tikka masala so I've heard?:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0

Hope you have a nice night out elle. DD did have a good night but moaned she didn't get dancing enough with her boyfriend as you aren't supposed to say no if someone asks you to dance and I think they are both pretty popular. Some of her friends didn't get asked at all - life isn't really fair is it? I think living in a house full of males has increased her confidence with them all and she has as many male friends as females.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

See what you mean about Tom Daleys trunks Bella. Sorry about your bun - things like that put my DD off too. I would just have eaten it. I am wanting a visit to Glasgow soon too but their weather has been putting me off - it keeps raining. Hopefully dry in Edinburgh tomorrow.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

Glad you all have had a good day! It has been really Spring-like today and hard to believe there are more storms on the way though! Thankfully we haven't seen any fellow MSEer's posting to say they have had their homes flooded! I have felt quite upset watching the news lately and seeing what the weather has done to many parts of the country. I feel for those families and the farmers who have had to send some of their cattle to the slaugterhouses early just to get them moved off their flooding land. After such a hot Summer last year and now the wettest January in many parts since records began - just too weird for words!???
We have been so lucky up here in the North East as we have missed out on all the disruptive weather. My internet was off for about an hour the other day and I felt ashamed cursing when I reminded myself of how some people have been without electricity for days, even weeks in the last few months. I just hope it improvesHope you have all stayed 'put'.

Anyone interested in the Winter Olympics? Must admit it doesn't interest me that much - when I watch the ice-skating I just keep thinking I want to see Torvill and Dean! I remember watching them win in 1984! Funny how certain events stick in your mind!
I will probably watch the Bob Sleigh as it reminds me of Cool Runnings but that is about it!
