It only gives me the option to sign up using twitter, facebook, google or instagram
Signing up for a Googlemail address is quite easy, but you may still end up having problems connecting to Facebook even then (but from what other people have said on here, their support is quite good / useful)0 -
Call me stupid, but I never realised you could only redeem a myvegas reward once.
When we went in May I redeemed the Mirage x2 lunch buffet, and yesterday I decided to redeem a couple for Novembers visit.First off,it seems a lot harder to even find the decent rewards in stock for more than two minutes after the 3 o clock reset, but when I tried to get the Mirage x 2 buffet,it said I couldn't redeem,as already purchased.
I knew of the 3 rewards in 30 days rule, but didn't know I could only get a certain reward only one time....ever.0 -

That doesnt seem right, I assumed like you that once the 30days had expired and you had used it, then you could purchase another0 -
Yes I think it is correct that you can only redeem an identical reward once although I had forgotten about that until you mentioned it.
The only way round it is if they change the criteria slightly as in needing a different amount of points to redeem, etc.
I'm sure Pebbles will know the answer.0 -
I've just had problems redeeming some Myvegas rewards. I had a $10 and a $25 free play at Aria. When I went to the mlife desk she did not want to let me have both. I knew I could only have one of each reward but it didn't say I couldn't have two different free plays as they were 2 separate rewards. One was valid with a 1 night stay and the other with a 2 night stay. As I was staying 4 nights I didn't see a problem. The woman at the desk had a real attitude too. As I had plenty of time and a huge queue was building up behind me (hubby and dad both had rewards to redeem too) I stood my ground and won though!
I'm not sure I will bother collecting them in future as they seem a lot of hassle and time to not get much back.0 -
As far as I know for most you can only ever use them once each...we have a list of which ones each of us have redeemed before so we know who still has which left...we have both had the $50 at MC so I don't think we can ever get that one again.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0

Was it that you wanted to redeem two separate rewards but for one stay.
If you check out and check in again that is OK but 4 days straight is just one stay, albeit enough days.
We usually stay the minimum to meet the t&cs and maximise the credits.
Well done for getting it.0 -

She just had a problem with redeeming 2 free plays and wasn't concerned about the one stay (although the t&cs just say you must be a hotel guest for the minimum so I was prepared to argue my 4 days covered the 1 and 2 night minimum stay as it doesn't specify they have to be different stays). It seems that she had decided that only one was allowed as she'd got away with telling someone else that a couple of days earlier and therefore that had become a 'rule'. I made her call a manager and they decided I could have 2 free plays as long as I wasn't redeeming the $50 (which I didn't have but my dad did so you should have seen her face at that). I can't believe the hassle for the sake of $10 that I lost in 2 spins on a slot machine!0 -

You can only purchase the same reward again if it's from a new "batch". The reward may have changed slightly, new price, etc. if it lets you purchase again, then you should be good to go
Also, check the details on the buffets, more are stating that you need to stay at least 1 night to redeem.0 -
Just looked at myvegas rewards again.it looks like some rewards are now being duplicated.with it costing twice as many points for the reward,if you don't want a hotel stay involved.
For instance Mandalay Bay lunch buffet for two is 46000 points, but now requires a hotel stay. But the same lunch buffet for two is also
available for double the LPs 92000 but doesn't require a hotel stay.0
