Thank you for the welcome. I'm sure I'll have lots of knitting questions!
I've thought what 2 of my projects will be:
1. A wedding card (probably cross stitch) for my brother and his wife to be in October.
2. A scrapbook of my holiday (when I find said scrapbook :-/ )
I also want to knit for Christmas presents and make cards (which I did this year) will think more of other projects as the week progresses!
3. A latch hook rug I've had for years
4. A latch hook cushion kit completed 24/01/2014
5. Not really a craft but I want to build the puzz 3d I have of New York
6. Finish tinker bell cross stitch I haven't touched for a year as I'd got to the fiddly bits!
7. Elephant embroidery for sil to be.
8. A family tree record for as many generations as possible - not quite sure how to record it in a crafty way yet, but on lining paper isn't very exciting!*2014 £365/365days - £52/£365* *20p Savers club #17 £12.00/£50*

Welcome aboard. Is the kings and queens the one by Bothy threads?
14 isn't compulsory just a good target for 2014. How many birthday cards are you planning to make ? You could count each one separately

Well done on your books challenge Since getting my first Kindle 3 years ago I have built up a huge backlog of books to read (mainly free and not taking up any room so I don't feel too bad and at least I will never be short of something to read :rotfl:)
Thanks I am going for 36 this year to link in with the book group I have joined. Three types of book from a different genre each month. Trying to get myself out of my comfort zone and test myself a bit. Mine are all on a kindle too and it's too easy to keep adding to it and thinking that you will read it one day - maybe get a chance when I retire in 23 years lol kind of like my cross stitch projects:rotfl:0 -
