  • Please may I join - have not got a clue what I am going to make yet but am busy trying to destash (I have so much which really must be used). As it is going to be 2014 lets go for 14 things like you suggest. I think as I don't really have many things I have made around my own house I will make 14 things for my own home.

I'll update later once I have thought about 14 things I could make :)

Hope you can manage to find a bit of me time in 2014 Cross stitching can be a great stress reliever. Love the idea of Christmas ornaments for your DDs. So nice for them to have something to keep year after year.

Can I join in this year please? I watched everyone else complete their projects (or not ;)) and wished I had joined in last year (2013).

    1. Finish knitted jelly baby which I started as part of my (adult) daughter's birthday present in 2012!
    2. Make a blue sock monkey for baby Jack.
    3. Make a patchwork quilt from the old jeans that everyone has been collecting for me for ages & ages and that are now overflowing from my cupboard!.
    4. Remake the cover for my youngest granddaughter's beanbag chair.
    5. Make some new cushion covers (patchwork?) for my lounge.
    6. Make new curtains for my kitchen.
    7.
    8.
    9.
    10.
    11.
    12.
    13.
    14.

    I'll add the others later.

Fabulous list. Especially love the idea of the quilt made from jeans
