So far plans include a jumper for me, a knitted blanket for me, a mixed media piece of the New York skyline for dear friends and although not exactly a project......I was lucky enough to get an embellisher cheaply at auction so I really need to start using it!'Do not follow where the path may lead. Please may I join - have not got a clue what I am going to make yet but am busy trying to destash (I have so much which really must be used). As it is going to be 2014 lets go for 14 things like you suggest. I think as I don't really have many things I have made around my own house I will make 14 things for my own home.

I would love to join this please. I used to be a keen cross stitcher but haven't for nearly five years... Since I swapped me time for motherhood!

I'd like to join this year please? I lurked a lot last time but want to sign up properly this year! I'll add to my list as I think of things....
1 Birth sampler for OH's cousin's baby
2 A small snowman and a small santa for a charity wall hanging
3 Paper pieced table runner
4 some kind of blanket to go over a baby in a buggy
5 reversible play blanket, bright on one side pale on the other
6 bothy threads heart cross stitch
7 a cover for my footstool in the lounge
8 cross stitch Christmas cards... sew a couple of pics and then scan/photo the image to put on the cards
9 make a full set of birthday cards needed for the year

1) snow place like home cross stitch, I did this years ago but didn't know how to finish it off/present it so my first is to learn how and back it onto fabric and add to hanger
2)bucilla felt wreath sewing all the characters/items (it's a huge task so I'm splitting into two
3)assemble and finish the wreath
4) make Christmas Eve crackers, a sample one by Easter and finish them by august
5)design and make a girl 'baby washing line'
6)design and make a boy 'baby washing line'
7)make Christmas cards for each family member and closest friends

Can I join in this year please? I watched everyone else complete their projects (or not
) and wished I had joined in last year (2013).
1. Finish knitted jelly baby which I started as part of my (adult) daughter's birthday present in 2012!
2. Make a blue sock monkey for baby Jack.
3. Make a patchwork quilt from the old jeans that everyone has been collecting for me for ages & ages and that are now overflowing from my cupboard!.
4. Remake the cover for my youngest granddaughter's beanbag chair.
5. Make some new cushion covers (patchwork?) for my lounge.
6. Make new curtains for my kitchen.
7. [FONT="]Remake daughter’s old waitress aprons into a woodworking apron for OH.[/FONT] DONE 02.01.14 (will add photo later if I can persuade OH to model it!)

I'll join, no idea what I will be making yet though. I tend to go with what I feel like making rather than plan ahead too much.
I think it's a lovely way to remember Soulie thanks for doing it flowerofscotland, I'm sure she would be pleased to see us all carrying on.
Make as you go obviously works for you. Well done on achieving 13 in 2013 and good luck with your 14 in 20140
