These tatty filing cabinets were rescued from the skip at work and upcycled

I started by removing all the stickers and tea stains. Took all the handles off and spray primed the carcasses. Three coats of Satinwood then covered the drawer fronts with patchwork fabric stuck on with double sided tape.
I have since sold one and the other is on my landing with household paperwork in the top drawers and craft stuff in the bottom.
Also finished my printers tray.

This cost £10 from a flea market. It has been sanded down and had three coats of spray satin varnish. A visit to b and q for wallpaper samples and many hours with scissors and pva and it's finished. Attached to wall with two mirror brackets.
Great work on the filing cabinets and I adore the printers' tray Would love to find something similar0 -

Are we doing 15 in 2015?
If people want to do 15 in 15 then we should carry on. I think it's been wonderful seeing so many different projects completed using such a variety of crafts - what a talented bunch we are :A0 -
Hello
Another two stitches done for the wee stitch book.
Queen Stitch
and ½ Queen Stitch
I was meant to do queens in the twisted band (last band I done) and going to be doing them in the learning sampler but they don't look right, so I created my own wee version - ½ queens.
Hope everyone is well,

Not posted here for ages. Been busy crafting - made fingerless gloves/handwarmers for Christmas presents.
Made them for male family - black DK using a Keynote pattern that I used in the 1980s when knitting for my children.
The green hand warmers are DK too.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45
