I've enjoyed looking at all the makes on Flickr. There is such a variety and they are a credit to you all.
Florenceem, you keep producing more and more beautiful cards. I particularly like the stitched Christmas cards.
Sweetcarer, the wedding stitchery is beautiful - the recipients are very lucky. I plan to try one for a new baby. I have bought a kit, so that may be my next "downstairs project", although it wasn't on my original list.
Mrs- moneypenny, I think the little biscornu is gorgeous - what a dainty piece of sewing.
carlamarie, I like the idea of the wedding card box. That's another I may have to steal! I look forward to seeing the finished article.
I'm starting to get back in the swing at last! Today I finished April's and May's (planned) cards and made a couple extra. Thank you Hunkydory, an easy "go to" when in a hurry or not feeling creative.

I also finished sewing April's panel (yes, I know I haven't done one for March, but this is an April birthday gift). Now I just need to get a frame to finish it.

morning all
again those cards look lovely florenceem
bought a little kit at the carboot on sunday called a little watbo scissor keeper, started it yesterday and its lovely to stitch, i think it will look similar to a biscornu, you stitch 3 identical squares in a row then fold them and sew them up to make a 3 sided shape, its done on linen in a variety of stitches. it only cost 50pSPC~12 ot 124

Thanks for the link for stitched cards, Florenceem. I've been for a gander and I've downloaded all the freebie patterns! And the font is installed on the computer now too!
Love the patriotic bunting, Kinski.
I finally got started on the bags for Beads of Courage and I have made 7- 4 red and 3 ted. I have still to put in the drawstrings. Since they sent 25 labels, I have another 18 to go.
