Now, I hope I'm not breaking the forum rules by posting this, but I've worked out a nice combination of vouchers and offers and so on that ended up in me filling my car for under 80p a litre.
It's a bit long-winded to type the "how-to" so I've recorded a video explaining how to do it, and put it on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aF6aLCqvoqc
Hope it helps someone, and hopefully it won't get stopped any time soon

Q. Can we vote this thread/poster for an MSE Forums Thread Award Prize of some sort?
eg. "Thread of the Month" or whatever?0 -
That is brilliant. The key is clearly finding something you were going to spend on anyway and using the Visa 3V cards. Does that cost anything or do you have to subscribe?
Very happy to add my vote to thread of the month!0 -
Could I buy 3V cards in Morrisons to make payments towards credit cards? If so I could use this model so save money on fuel.Debtfree!0

My broadband is down, can someone give me the jist of the video.
Im assuming its along the lines of buying pre paid credit cards to get vouchers of petrol, then using those pre paid credit cards to buy vouchers, getting more petrol discount.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!:T0
