No we were getting them in the glitch 3 for £5
    .... costing approx. 40 pence the 3

they have them on 3 for £7 now

I was wondering if anyone knew

in case it would glitch again

I suppose: good point if they are 3 for £7, then how much are they for 2? Hopefully scope for the individual prices to be somewhat higher than when it was 3 for £5. (Now two plus a mystery disappearing no-show item perhaps?)

She's got a point though... and you don't have to be too old to remember...

I'm pretty sure the Polo Mints I had tonight were a lot smaller (both pack size and mint size) than I remember from childhood. And the Chicken Fingers I had earlier seemed smaller than what they used to be. I know those cooked meats in Aldi are lower weight than what they were.:(

    More :eek:, followed by :cool::rotfl::D.

You'd know not to step that boundary - you'd have had me in a never-ending loop more so if you'd linked straight back.:)

The galaxy bar from my selection box only had 6 pieces, Im sure they used to have 7?
I'm very disciplined with chocolate and very rarely eat it so it might have been like that for a while? Ooooh it was nice though!! :D And I felt less piggy because I had only eaten 6 pieces :rotfl::rotfl:

On a serious note though.....everything is smaller. DS2 eats mostly frozen convenience (junk :D) foods and Im really noticing the difference. Ive stopped buying all the Youngs stuff I used to because it's all shrunk. A lot, if not all of the BE stuff is either smaller in physical size or reduced pack sizes. BE potato waffles :mad: they reduced from 12 to 10 and then recently I saw a 15 pack.....claiming to be a 'supersize' pack  oh it does annoy me!
    :)

I just renewed my central heating cover with home energy limited. (was eon)
no offer price as I was existing customer, they wanted £17.50 per month  for covering complete system, no limit to call outs and no excess fee.
after saying I was not happy with price as id seen a few £15 on internet and one was £12.50.
they new each company I was on about. :(
then I played my trump card saying would they honour their offer price on internet for NEW customers at £9.98, he was very reluctant to do this. so I said TO HIM, well ive got 3 choices. 1 move else where. 2 let contract run out and start again with them, 3 get wife to get cover with them.
I was very pleasant throughout the conversation. he then said I don't want to mess you around, ill let you have our new customer offer.
they are good with their call outs to. as I called them out, and they fixed heating for me yesterday.
this is a very very good price peeps, no call out fee, no excess, complete system covered. also annual service.
I hope this has helped someone else.

edit, ps. i would have paid the original price as well. as a lot of companies don't like to cover a boiler over 7 years old unless there are strings attached.

    Cheers for this zippy.

Kept trying with the other offer with other reps but still not successful :(

Fell over yesterday morning and after my pride, I hurt my neck, back, head, arm and leg. :(

Am going on holiday on Thursday, will be going black and blue but hopefully still get some sun colour.
