This free greetings card card inside the M&S order, it looks like the first card is already stamped? I'm confused but forgive me, this is my first ever online M&S order Can I take the top card instore for a free card? If so Valentine's day will be a bit more sorted! The stores all have Easter stock but I'm worrying about Valentine's Day! My mister would like a coffee machine but not sure if we'll be able to afford one

I think she is confused, adopted children do not receive these benefits. The adopters may be entitled to financial support (means tested). They may also be entitled to means tested benefits, but this is because they are caring for children, not because the children are adopted.
