Really easy to cancel Lou, just do it through live chat about 21 days after you signed up :) probably could with diff email etc ;)

And take screen shots of your conversations with them cos they didn't cancel mine first time round

Makes me very loathe to sign up with them again

I use myfitnesspal on all days and don't go over cals on non-fast days. It's much easier if you are keeping track of things, or even planning ahead so you know what you're having and when

Only takes half an hour to plan the whole week, and the days are interchangeable too :)

Did you allocate yourself a full calorie allowance on non-fast days?

Don't forget to make a note of the date of birth that you enter as you will need it when you cancel.

Thanks, have half-heartedly tried it before and have the books. I can do the fast days but think I ate too much on the non-fast so it evened itself out and I didn't really lose anything. Maybe I should give it another go?

I didn't lose anything much for the first couple of weeks but then it started to come down steadily at around 2 lbs per week. I did do an extra fast day every couple of weeks if it looked like slowing down - i. Cheated a bit by weighing every day to keep a check on how it was going. It's probably worth having another go - after a week or two you should find that you want less to eat on your non fast days.

Good night everybody, I am all caught up. I have managed the week not whoopsie shopping just using vouchers and wombles to pay for my shopping. Just three weeks to go living out of the freezer, I did sneak a few pizza's in the freezer using vouchers of course.

I hope you all sleep well.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.
