It's still worth checking for these - I was in an extra tonight and the shelf was full (at least 12 boxes), as the SEL was still showing £10 (but they did scan at £2).

    What weight are they izzey?

    Are both walls outside walls?

It is either rising or penetrative damp, or surface mould.

I have cyclists sleeping over ahead of a "big" ride tomorrow. Porridge and blueberries planned for breakfast:)

Got my flowers in M&S. Had my shop planned to the penny before discounts. £25.11:)

Then the lilies that were at £6 went through at £4.25 and I had to do a crazy last minute dash for stuff.

Got some of the 3 for £10 meat and once again till took both £5 vouchers.

    Loving this "free" food:T

I have seen this M&S thing mentioned a few times now but can't get my head around it  can someone help me please?

Quite a few of us on here have had good resuls with 5:2 (or sometimes 3:6!). I managed to get down from around 1 stone to 9st8lbs over about 2 - 3 months and am managing to keep it around that + or - a couple of pounds even allowing for holidays and Christmas by doing a fast day every 3/4 days. It does work and its fairly painless.

Thanks, have half-heartedly tried it before and have the books. I can do the fast days but think I ate too much on the non-fast so it evened itself out and I didn't really lose anything. Maybe I should give it another go?

You need the recyclebank one plus the one that M&S were giving out before Christmas. Total before discount needs to be £25 but easy to do with the meat at 3 for £10 and the. £6 meal deal.
Go through SS and choose a kind looking SA:)

Could someone please be kind enough to explain what recylebank is please xx

the SEL showed £10 but scanned at £5 which I was happy with but would have been a lot happier if it was £2..it also looks different
I don't know how to put pics on here sorry :(

1.3 kg TM - they are lovely, I cooked one yesterday. Prepared as box instructions, but cooked in slow cooker for 4+ hours on high. Removed fat and then added the glaze and finished off in the oven for about 30 mins.
  • My mammy has a front door curtain :) I remember when I went with her to buy it; I thought she was a bit cuckoo but it really helps to keep the heat in. Very MSE :money:

This is not any old door curtain its a primark door curtain. As they have the big eyelets in I have hung the pair back to back like using a curtain lining. Lovely black satiny one which goes great with white walls.
Very mse as my fuel company gave me a £230 refund in may so must work well. Was a slight draft before. Keep it shut unless have to open door.

You need 2 vouchers PM....the ones that M&S were giving away over Christmas and the £5 greenredeem ones.....previously known as Recyclebank. Both can be used on a £25 shop however that is before discounts.
    Check out the multideals:)
