hi buyitall x
thank you so mush x...I have lost even more now as I have updated my sig....
....I pay to go to club as I coulnt find it in me to do it myself
I just didn't stick to it !!
I did sw about 10 years ago and lost 5st in 8 months so I know it works
over the years I have keep it off by jogging, zumba and boving but I put my back out oct last year:( had to have a spine op about 3 months ago and needs to have another one but don't know when so I cant ever go back to working out
I know I needed the support that's why I went back
....and im so happy I did !!!!
if your thinking about doing sw your welcome to pm me any time xx im always here xx
Thank you :A I would like to lose about 10lbs, it's not a great deal but I am not overly tall  so I feel that 10lbs shows on me .
In the past I have lost that amount on WW and have also tried SW. As the years go by I find that exercise alone does not shift the pounds like it used to - I need to actually stop eating
Debating whether to join the crowds at a slimming group next week, or go it alone - I have a birthday with a great big 0 at the end of it coming up VERY soon, so if I cannot motivate myself this month, I never will!
Well done on your achievement, especially at this time of year - I am in awe :A:A0 -

Thank you for this.
Shame my son rejoined yesterday so my mother has had to join today.
Might make it my aim to get a voucher from them every month this year.
Not spent morribobs ones yet.

Didn't hear postman this morning so only just checked behind front door curtain. Nice envelope from sun perks with my £20 of tesco vouchers. Just cancelled subscription. Was offered another £10 voucher to stay another month but cheaper to cancel and wait for next £1 email offer (like my son has just done;))
Lazy day. Going to catch up on last nights cbb in a mo. Very pleased to see Liz Jones in there as she will hopefully be very interesting. Still want to know who her Rock Star boyfriend is. Not happy about Jim Davidson. Saw him many years ago and paid a fortune only for him to get nearly to end of joke and get cross as someone got up for toilet and he walked off stage. Ok he was entertaining but a total c word. No refund offered either.
Sam might be interesting as I know her dad has had a colourful life which is not mentioned in towie but my money is on Liz Jones.

My mammy has a front door curtain
I remember when I went with her to buy it; I thought she was a bit cuckoo but it really helps to keep the heat in. Very MSE :money: May: Make £5 a day £115.38 / £155

Quite a few of us on here have had good resuls with 5:2 (or sometimes 3:6!). I managed to get down from around 11 stone to 9st8lbs over about 2 - 3 months and am managing to keep it around that + or - a couple of pounds even allowing for holidays and Christmas by doing a fast day every 3/4 days. It does work and its fairly painless.ELITE 5:2
