A little girl asks her mum, 'Mum, can I take the dog for a walk around the block?'
Her mum replies 'No, because she is on heat.'
'What does that mean?' asked the child.
'Go and ask your father. I think he's in the garage.' The little girl goes out to the garage and says, 'Dad, can I take Lulu for a walk around the block? I asked Mum, but she said the dog was on the heat, and to come ask you.
' He took a rag, soaked it in petrol, and scrubbed the dog's backside with it to disguise the scent, and said 'Ok, you can go now, but keep Lulu on the leash and only go one time around the block.' The little girl left and returned a few minutes later with no dog on the leash..
    Surprised, Dad asked, 'Where's Lulu?'
The little girl said, 'She ran out of petrol about halfway round the block, so another dog is pushing her home.':rotfl::rotfl:

  • small chest of drawers was there, he borrowed one of my dehumidfiers about 2 /3 months ago and has it on continuously but its sucking loads of moisture out but the problem is still there:(

I had this in an old house put was put right by repointing the outside of house.
Dd gets this in her house which is about 20 years old and nothing can be done. If I sleep over in dgds room the water is running down walls in the morning.
Dd mops water off windows every morning and keeps well ventilated as well.
Dds bathroom is so bad the water pours off toilet system in winter so always puddles on bathroom floor which I have blamed cats for several times.
From the pattern on wall could be the property needs repointing as shows a brick shape.

I've got the same problem as the bottom there in every room on the outside wall of my house. I don't really have any suggestions for you, I just use jeyes fluid on it every now and again. The landlord has to take responsibility for that, your poor gd

Quite a few of us on here have had good resuls with 5:2 (or sometimes 3:6!). I managed to get down from around 1 stone to 9st8lbs over about 2 - 3 months and am managing to keep it around that + or - a couple of pounds even allowing for holidays and Christmas by doing a fast day every 3/4 days. It does work and its fairly painless.

    Another 5:2 convert here :D

Tbw you've done fantastically well :T

Back from weston. It was pretty cool to see the waves crashing over the sea wall, I've got some pics which I'll post tomorrow :)
