Thanks, have half-heartedly tried it before and have the books. I can do the fast days but think I ate too much on the non-fast so it evened itself out and I didn't really lose anything. Maybe I should give it another go?

I use myfitnesspal on all days and don't go over cals on non-fast days. It's much easier if you are keeping track of things, or even planning ahead so you know what you're having and when

Only takes half an hour to plan the whole week, and the days are interchangeable too :)

Patty...in the £6 meal deal you can get
    A large Cumberland pie£4.49
    Green veg medley. £2.25
    Sticky toffee pudding. £2.79

So there's £9.53 which the till is seeing before discounts

So you could buy twice the above plus £6 worth of other food...

    For£8:T
