Thanks, have half-heartedly tried it before and have the books. I can do the fast days but think I ate too much on the non-fast so it evened itself out and I didn't really lose anything. Maybe I should give it another go?
I use myfitnesspal on all days and don't go over cals on non-fast days. It's much easier if you are keeping track of things, or even planning ahead so you know what you're having and when
