Interval training is the best thing for fat loss, (not that you need to lose weight because if that photo we all saw was of you from the FCUK competition, you are totally gorgeously delicious as you are ;);)). It worked for me but I got bored of it and started doing a hardcore circuit but that totally knackered me out and I soon lost interest.

Well done though. I might even trek to my gym tomorrow if I can be bothered
