    Oh also found in T's today, Finest Fruit cake slices 75p from £3:eek: yeah right who would pay that. They are however absolutely gorgeous, really sticky cake with marzipan and icing mmmm might have another now!

    Are you doing couch to 5k? There is a thread on here somewhere...

    I got to over 6 mins doing the plank and became rather boring. Doing a fit test the other day and it said hold wall squat for as long as possible 6 mins came and went i didn't know what to do so held on for 10 mins and called it quits.
    Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
