Are you doing couch to 5k? There is a thread on here somewhere...

I got to over 6 mins doing the plank and became rather boring. Doing a fit test the other day and it said hold wall squat for as long as possible 6 mins came and went i didn't know what to do so held on for 10 mins and called it quits.

It's a plan I got from the bupa website, though C25K might be better for me :o

I'd get bored doing plank for a minute, let alone 6!

First training run done. Run one min, walk 2 mins, repeat 6 times

I started off ok but I was hurting afterwards

Didn't stop me doing plank for 20 seconds though :D

    Go girlfriend! :D:D:D

    Well done you.

Interval training is the best thing for fat loss, (not that you need to lose weight because if that photo we all saw was of you from the FCUK competition, you are totally gorgeously delicious as you are ;););)). It worked for me but I got bored of it and started doing a hardcore circuit but that totally knackered me out and I soon lost interest.

Well done though. I might even trek to my gym tomorrow if I can be bothered :p
