Anybody any ideas how to do some bubbs beef in a slow cooker? I want to do it for when some people come for dinner. They are competent cooks and normally when I attempt beef it turns out like shoe leather0

I cooked mini beef wellingtons yesterday, they are really simple and were a big hit.
Bubbs beef is really lovely meat, it only needs slightly cooking.
Don't worry about the food, they are coming to see you and spend time with you, anything else is a bonus xx:p:p:p:p:p

Some people like to take it out when it's cooked and smear it with a mustard and honey mix then pop in the oven for 15 mins to glaze it.
I like it plain thoughMy husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -
Thank you lots! Am not very good at being sociable, and less good when there is tension, so I stay in the background. Hope you like the pork recipes, cooking is my favourite hobby.
It can occasionally get a little bit stupid here but the good times more than make up for the poopy ones. We love a bit of fresh blood here so stick around
I rarely cook pork but I keep seeing all these recipes for gammon and I can't wait to give them a whirl.
I love to cook, mainly because I love to eat:rotfl:
