Just popped out of lurkdom, to say that if you pop it in the slow cooker with either, a little cider, or apple juice if you prefer the non alcoholic drink, it really does make the pork taste amazing!

Alternatively use a little hoi sin sauce watered down.

Merry Xmas guys! Back to lurking x

Thankyou BB34, will give the cider a go. Merry Christmas to you too.
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

Is the prosecco still working? I am sure FC said that it was now comparing against another shop and with a little PP x

Full marks for observance :D it compares at £8.50 against As now and at £7.50 against sains. You can still buy 4 bottles and get just short of £10 PP....works out at around £5.49 a bottle. A good price if you need decent fizz.......and let's face it, who doesn't?:D:rotfl:

my shop was targeted against As and that's why I lost a few quid
