My grouse with Aldi is that they don't do many sugar free or low sugar products, yet they do sell little boxes of sugar free sweets. All tinned fruit is in syrup and sugar content on lots of products is high.
Not sure what sort of products you're looking for but I think I've seen sugar free jelly in Aldi.0 -

you need to look closer they do:
sugar free jelly
reduced calorie/sugar fruit yougart
no sugar boiled sweets/mints etc
they do fruit in juice rather than syrup you just need to look alternatively they do frozen fresh fruit which is brill
they do sorbet instead of icecream
they have very cheap fresh fruit & veg and plenty of fresh unprocessed meats/fish
hope this helps:money:0 -
If posters are unimpressed with Aldi, I would say, great. Ours, is getting far too crowded. Starting to impinge on our tri weekly shop!0

I prefer no added sugar rather than reduced sugar yoghurt (ie Irish brand, which is fat free with no added sugar)
I mentioned the sweets, which I like
I have often looked for fruit in juice and never found it (I'm used to checking actual labels as people will swap items about)
Sorbet can have more sugar than icecream
Of course they stock fresh fruit and veg, but I was thinking of convenience foods.0 -

Maybe you can't find tinned fruit in juice in the Aldi you use (and its stocked where ladybabe shops) because your store just doesn't stock it. Just a thought.0
