i go in b&m regurlarly, its only a very small car park, with one other shop next to b&m sharing it (dreams),incredibly for those who dont know its 25 yards from the one and only peel centre,i have noticed several customers of b&m popping over to the peel and leaving their cars,,strangely enough i have never seen a car park attendant or the like, they must hide or be in league with scum excels parking attendants across the way, meaning, hiding and then pouncing at given opportunity,op must have been very unlucky here, good luck to watsamajig in fighting this.

Firstly a massive and big thank you to all involved who have assisted me within the thread.I submitted my appeal as per dave.b 's thread and tweaked as appropriate and today 'finally', phew !! we have done it-the pcn has been cancelled by the parking co.
THANKYOU,THANKYOU,THANKYOU once again to all concerned.
I must admit at times i nearly lost the will to live with it particularly with the time invested, however as with most people i couldn't afford to throw the £ away and also there was a matter of principle particularly when you consider we'd spent money in b and m's.In view of b and m's lack of interest they've now lost our business, incidently the warden can be seen usually on the inside of the stores looking out into the carpark,im not aware of any cameras.

During the appeal process i have rec'd collection letters asking for the fine and the additional penalty/s to be paid, needless to say these were forwarded to POPLA who ,to be fair, dealt with the additional harassment.

GOOD luck to any who might read this thread for info, and my own advice would certainly be to use the info in dave b's bit and i am sure you wont go far wrong......HAPPY DAYS !!!

I think I'd be writing a not-so-nice letter to the local manager as well as the CEO of B&M to make that very point.

See if they come back to you - which might give an indication of what 'value' they actually place on real customers.
