3, Spending diary Purple = could have saved
1st May: - food shop = NSD as no extra purchases
2nd May: - £12 in £1 shop - £10 packaging and £2 grocery, £7.50 8 pairs of tights - much needed and would rather buy alot in 1 go as it saves me making the journey to the shop and being tempted by other things. £16.99. Spent at post office also but this was covered by bay of e money ;)
3rd May £22.65 - bay of e dress and postage - it is BNWT
4th May £12.50 - meal out, drinks and transport
5th May £12.50 - meal out and drinks
    6th May NSD

12th May £2 cat food - she doesn't seem to like what i had got before

12th May BNWT dress bay of e £12
12th May BNWT dress bay of e £4.90 - its meant to be a bit short so may be a top
    13th NSD

19th NSD - posted parcelsbut all paid for by recipients
    20th
Hmm - better record keeping needed in june

4, Shopping list: - aim £50 a week and analyse spends on here:
30/04/2014 - £7.47 - not good got delicious meal though that saved me lots of time so i could focus all attention on assignment, also got cake & a huge chicken for less than usual supermarket - so not all bad.
01/05/2014 - £59.19 - £7.54 for my Mr which he requested at last moment - stuff he usual gets and not from grocery budget.
£2 on a conditioner i asked the assistant to put back as i'd found 1 cheaper - got home to find she'd put both through Grr!
£9.86 on meat - remember i said i'd not seen any reduced for weeks? total would have been £35 so a good saving there
07/05/2014 - £48.89 + 0.68 = £49.57 - over what I wanted to spend (i was aiming for £40 but under £50 so fairly happy) Analysis of receipt is: £12.93 kinda unplanned but netted me: 6 huge sirloin steaks (about £7 for 2 full price), 1 turkey leg (£4.50 full price), 1 kilo chicken pieces (£4 full price), 2 x salad (£2 at full price), veg (£2 at full price), ham (£1 at full price), bread rolls (£1 at full price), fruit pie (£1.49 at full price), 2 marinaded turkey steaks (£3.50 at full price), 1 pie (£2 at full price), 1 jar of sauce to use as part of a recipe (£1.50 at full price)

Am exhausted reading June list. Think I will go to bed and sleep it off LOL
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    Hey all,

Very tired here - think i'm still just caching up on so much lost sleep rather than thyroid playing up but i will keep an eye on it.

Reminder - single spend today on clothing - had to force myself to do it as twas needs for various upcoming adventures. Still need to try on and possibly return items so will put total when thats sorted.

Been for a run - was so hard work but glad i achieved it.

Had a very long to do list for today and not sure how much i've managed.

Continuing to promise to get round diaries, i do tend to keep up on my phone when commuting if there's no room for writing but its too fiddly for my to post from :o

Right best achieve something before bed :o

Hi all, I have been a wee bit out of sorts and currently have something in real life taking up much of my time and contributing to the outofsortiness. Fully intended to post yesterday but the comp was refusing to play - hoping it is fixed soon. I'm on my phone so will continue to read but posting is muchly awkward.

Returned the spends for adventures and resorted to bay of e for affordable fitting footwear ;) rain is just starting here x hope to get the comp back and do a proper update soon x

Thank you brizzle & al and other readers hope all is good with you
