    Hi all,

Thanks KC, jwil and Ed :) Although i am thinking about the next one already and cracking on with the study - the assignments always seem quite close together after xmas.

Watty thank you for stopping by i'll need to pop over to yours and see how you are doing - i do read but don't always get chance to post :)

Well i have had some good-ish news today - i am being referred re. my ongoing illness - this was the illness i was tackling last year not this year but as it was never resolved i decided one more appointment at the docs wouldn't go amiss :T It'll be next month before i find out when my appointment is but i am so pleased as after reading up this is exactly what i wanted to be referred for (and have requested for years). I really feel positive about this although there is the initial wait and i figure the whole things could take some months it is a step in the right direction :j

I need to choose one of my other bothersome things to get resolved now :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: as i have made good steps with the above and also with my migraines (fingers crossed). This one thing at a time approach has also worked for me as i am focused on that one thing and when the doc refers to the notes there is a consistent history for them rather than me going 'oh and this and this etc.' We will see how i go on although i have an idea what i would like to feel better with next :D

I have several items ending on the bay today that have bids on - would be lovely to get more bids on other things - i'm happy with the start price  but would like things clearing out :)

    Right back to the study!

Good news, DDFW, definitely a step in the right direction. :)

Also well done on your ebay sales - you've done really well considering you thought your weren't going to be able to find anything to list. :T

    Morning all,

Thanks TC, KC and p&f :)

p&f you're right i really didn't have 31 items to list here - decided to declutter the books i'd left on the bookshelf when i left home (which i thought i'd keep forever - turns out i'm fickle :p) and this made up the shortfall  I've also found a couple of extra bit from here to part with too so that is good. I am also going to check a box of sentimental things i'd left at home too - see if there is anything else i can get rid of

Yesterdays tasks were not so good - 1 job from the weekend was to find a place to sell 3 very old very cheap phones to - after charging 1 it turns out i can't wipe the memory and with so much info. stored on them i am going to keep them rather than have the worry :( They are very small so have been tucked away in a drawer - annoying but i can't see any other way forward with it. The other 2 refused to charge.

Last night was wasted with over an hour spent trying to get the computer to work - it didn't :( So i couldn't do any of the things i'd set myself to do in the evening - in the end i was shattered and couldn't take in any more info. for my course either. Bah!

So today is back to the study - i have taken some time off work as this evening i have an appointment so want to spend today getting study done and i'll need to sort out bay of e parcels as well.

I'll pop in when on a break and no doubt with a progress report.

Thanks Al - i can actually be very lazy and need to push myself to get things done - it is getting easier though as i do like that sense of achievement when i have completed something :D

Very hard going paper read - will re-read tomorrow, it wasn't the most accessible piece.

Now to do some more packaging, sort my last bag of book and then back to the study - oh and a cuppa and cake :D

Morning! If something's *really* hard to read, rather than re-read the same sentence ten times, I might just read it out loud to myself :)

    Thanks for the tip KC.

Sorted through bag of books - 1 more listed for sale, a bag full for the carboot and 4 books being kept - 1 for reading and keeping - had forever and the other 3 are language course books - this got me thinking about what next? what do i want to do in the summer? I can't declutter i've done it :A I don't want to just watch TV all the time, i do want to run but that won't take up all evening every evening - or at least i hope not  So these have been put to one side ready for my next project :T I also thought about another course i want to do although the colleges /uni weren't terribly helpful.

All packaging done! Phew! was also hard going due to the comp playing up.

And i got through this bit of study and am about to move onto the next bit. I also braved reading my tutors comments on my work.

Ok, bit of study, then lunch - i am hungry! and also need to pop out very quickly
