The first question is: can he afford to pay? If he can, send a LBA giving him 14 days to pay, otherwise you'll take the case to court where he'll then be responsible for court costs too.
If he has no money, forget it and move on, or if you got on well with his parents, speak to them!
From what I gather he's on about 2k a month, not sure if thats before or after tax.People don't know what they want until you show them.0
