Thank you, ladies :D It would just be the way if we both got dream jobs at the same time.... but in different places.

Have had the laziest of mornings, and planning the laziest of days. Need to pick up some veg for the roast gammon later, might head to the cinema as well.

I say that, but at some point I'm going to sit down with a pad of paper and brainstorm ideas/plans of action in case of new job. Ooh, I do love a project! :D

Must remember to water plants/do general inspection.

Hope you found some bargains, LGP! :)

Never made it to the cinema in the end yesterday, but the house is now very clean :p (not my idea of how to spend the afternoon, I hasten to add, lol).

£24 spent in Aldee and came back with four big bags of stuff, oh yeah! Should keep us going for a while.

More decluttering today, how can I keep finding seams of random bits? We're only in a one bedroom flat, I just don't know how everything has managed to fit in... and how can things get lost in here? The mind boggles.

Found some perfume samples :j so that's me fixed for a while. Filled another bag for the charity shop (few more bits of jewellery, magazines, another scarf!). Also found a few more things to add to the selling pile.

:www: MFW Wonderment: Simple dinner of leftover ham & carrots (feels so much lighter when eating plainly, must remember to do this more often). Mr M's mum won a bottle of wine & box of chocs in a raffle and donated them to us :j

:coffee: Simple Pleasures: cold beer, warm days, the nasturtium's flowering, finally reading the national geographics that have been kicking around the house for an age.

:heartsmil Burrow Building: currently being built out walls of laundry, oh when will it ever all be done? In other news, I've been doing well at keeping up with little daily meditations which is really making a difference to keep me on track :)

Payout reached on 1Poll, woo! :D

I've found Mr M's (winning - £17!) scratchcards kicking around the floor, and some that have been sitting on a bookshelf for months, am going to cash them in before they expire since he can't be bothered. :p

.....though I suppose I'll give him the money, waaah. :( :rotfl:

Going to take some of this stuff to the charity shop at lunchtime, with any luck I'll do two trips to get the most out of my bus ticket. Books need to go back to the library as well.

Got invited back for that interview that got cancelled last month, oh well, with any luck they'll be too late. ;)

Beat you to the OnePoll payout Pearla - but only just! Mr. P needs a good talking to leaving scratch cards lying around like that! Have a lovely day.

It's so true though, decluttering is like painting the Forth Bridge - it never ends!
