Hi Steph,
We have missed the bad weather here so far, I hope that you have too.
I expect that you are busy with family and getting ready to make your Christmas wreaths, but do keep posting if you can. We miss your updates, and it doesn't have to be all financial stuff, knowing that you don't have much family support, I worry about you if you go missing.:(

ETA - I don't post anything financial on here as I know some people IRL, but after a summer of lots of trips away in our van, and visits to nice places, I too have spent too much and really need to get a grip on myself. I don't really regret it, but it is now holding me back on getting a couple of things that I would really like to get for the house for my own comfort and wellbeing. I have to keep telling myself that I have to wait until all is straightened out. Please feel free to send virtual kicks up rear!!The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. Yeah my emergency savings have taken a hit, went up by 70 quid for about a day. they were a healthy looking 700 and now 300. And I cant tell you what I spent it on.
and then down again as it is my brother in law's birthday this week..... . I can't seem to organise myself. Why do you think I am still here?
Just come back I miss you!

Oh Steff,
Sorry to hear this. Please don't feel disheartened, you've come to far and we all have blips now and then, but as Dorrie in Finding Nemo says 'just keep swimming'.0 -
Why leave it until January to start debt busting again? Surely you'll feel better as soon as you're back on track and planning how best to kick-start it all again. I hope you do come back Steph. Even under a new name? You know that being out of debt will make your life easier. I know you know this. I don't even know why I am writing it!
And honestly there is no judgement here. This is debt free diaries. We all make decisions and spend money in various wonky ways and it does come out ok in the end. It works because we all keep going, we all help each other and we talk about ways to solve problems - like Christmas or the car or whatever.
Take care Lovely XXXNevertheless she persisted.0 -
Beautifully written Buffy.:)
