Apologies - only just seen this. My advice would be to RING the Emissions Team on the number in my previous post and demand the dealership fills in an esculation form. If you've had to pay for it by now - explain to them on the phone your disappointment and see where you get with them. The customer care line when I rang were useless but the emissions team were very good indeed. Kick off, explain how this is a direct result of the software update and see where you get. They may offer some 'Goodwill' as they call it and refund you some of the money. Let me know how it turned out.0
