......if you are a hsbc customer, you'll have a hsbc secure key with a constantly changing number to type in for each banking session, without that, a keylogger/fraudster isn't going to get very far.

Not sure what other banks do but if they don't use a similar security system try Sandboxie with Zemana Antilogger Free.0 -
Strange but true.
I had Vista and installed Rapport for my bank A&L now Santander.
So late last year bought new laptop Windows 8 and I swear I did not download Rapport but when I bookmarked my bank it was on. I mentioned this to a friend who is more savvy than me and she swore it could not happen. But Rapport was already on my laptop when I first login to my bank account on new laptop.
I came here and read the bad press asked friend who told me to uninstall it as she also did not trust it.
I get the occasion pop up when I go to my online banking about downloading it again. But not every time.0
