Do love the semi professional layout of this is legal HONEST!!!0 -
Hi not sure if this is more posturing but got a letter today"As this matter has been outstaning for a considerable ammount of time unless we hear from you in next seven days our client Car Parking Partnership who will in turn request authorisation to process he next stage of legal proceedings, I enclose evidence to be added to be bundled with court papers.."
Copy of letter to me at start of this which I didn't get.. a follow up, my responses and photos parked outside of bay. Mention of signage and adhering to laws...
So is this more threatening? concern grows in this house... not necessarily from me0 -
As an update to my earlier post, here is a more recent list of PPCs who have 'done court'. CPP still absent from it.

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
