Thanks Dusty for the new list.

I'm in this week but I may be working from my own lists and just trying to fit the flying in of an evening. I'm not even going to bother typing out this weeks list, I've got it written on the livingroom mirror with whiteboard pens so I can't avoid it :rotfl: It's a bit of a nightmare to clean up as it leaves a shadow, but I'm sure some vinegar will get it clean when I'm done ;)

I'm up for the ironing challenge :DCan I add "Empty the Shredding basket" as well. :o This is my biggest frog ATM and is growing by the day :o

Natty - hope Olliecat is feeling better today *hugs*

Off out shopping today. Hopefully I can get the majority done on a trip to town... but I may be pushing it to try and hit everywhere in one day. :o I know of one or two which can be left until tomorrow, simply because they're 2 buses away, all the rest are on one of two bus routes. ;) I need to sort clothing for me today as a priority, just hoping I can get everything in the main shop in town as the other stores have a much smaller range of the plus size stuff. :(

We managed to get the tree up yesterday. DD is cursing it and has requested our next one is a prelit tree :rotfl: This is the first year she's helped assemble the tree & then put the lights on. Now she know why I usually do it while she is at school. Loving the connectible lights I bought though! 400 lights on the tree & 2 plugs instead of, I think it was 5 last year with our old lights! Although it did take DD and I about 10mins to work out why the lights weren't working, the connectors are 3 prong and don't indicate that they have to be connected a certain way. So we kept getting one or the other set connected. When we finally got both working I painted a nail varnish stripe across the whole connector set up so we can get it right if we ever have to disconnect them ;)

    Monday:
Text customer re: question from weekend.
Text other customer amount they owe.
Deliveries: 98Mc, 7AG, try 3AC. Cards through customer who haven't paid yet to remind them that they need to pay by tomorrow night or I'm returning items (about £200 worth I think!)
Mr A shop - quick meal stuff. NOT all pasta based (although DD would love that)
    Xmas shop
    Colour hair.
Pay CC (can wait until Tuesday)

Monday Downstairs (minus the kitchen) including Rooms of Doom
    15 minutes .....

Declutter floors even if it's just into a box or binbag to hide away.
    30 minutes to spare....
Last minute check on presents - have you got everything?
    HH wrap
    Got an hour....
    Dust all dusty areas
    Straighten Christmas tree
HHI - especially for those on the challenge

    Extras
Finish writing cards or give up on the idea of sending any :rotfl:

Okay, time to get my bag ready and get moving. Shops open at 9am and I'm hoping by getting the bus at 9am I can avoid the commuters, and get in there before the mums who have just done the school runs with prams. I don't have a problem with them usually, but the buses round here are so busy with students anyway its a nightmare when you get all three on the buses at the same time :(
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

    Extras
Make space for new toys either by storing the old ones away for a while or collecting for charity/ebay/carboot in the New Year

Any decorations you do not want take to the charity shop asap to give them chance to sell.

Finish writing cards or give up on the idea of sending any :rotfl:

DD2 has been overnight at a friends, but evidence of her return is strewn all over the house and utility. DD3 is at school, time for a very quick Daisy duty on DD4 then get the two littlies off to nursery so I can go to the last BD group thing before the holiday break.

When I collected DD2 on Saturday, the EX took it upon himself to put multi-coloured spiderwebs et al over the Skint Ritz allegedly for young Skints benefit (23 years of knowing me and my heritage counts for nothing) came back to find my HOME (although not 100% my HOUSE) desecrated for second year in a row......so my BD and GUAG have left a note saying "run off together - see you in the New Year"

List wise, I will claim success if I can get the 15 minutes done plus the empty basket challenge...until the New Year and then start again

Right, time for brew and Daisy mode, then time to get this appointment over with.

ETA wretched BD biting my ankles, I forgot I should have been looking at another Primary school for DS this morning......rang and gave apologies and rescheduled for tomorrow morning instead ........
The cold never bothered me anyway

Thanks Natty for last week's list and Dusty for this week's. I'm in again, although ironing is not something that happens here very often. No basket.

:j for Bossy and Little Moos!

Eat Ollie Cat, Eat, Drink and Be Merry! Absolutely wonderful news Natty, I'm so pleased for you all!

Never-ending tidying going apace here. One room to turn around and shower room needs a quick s/and/s, and then I must eat the filing frog. After that, I can probably write the rest of the Christmas cards so they can catch the second class post on Wednesday.

We got the tree down from the attic yesterday and decided we'd rather catch up on Last Tango in Halifax than decorate it so that will need to be done this evening. OH will need to do manly things with lights first.
    Better is good enough.

Just placed an online order for some Xmas gifts, used my card but got no bank verification thing up. Hmmmm....hoping it works as they'll be 7 gifts bought for (and 2 items for me :p) sorted.

Off to check Am@z0n to order some bits on there. I know I said I was going to town but its raining so I'm trying to get online stuff done instead :p Thank goodness I bookmarked all the websites I visited searching for Xmas stuff on Saturday for a change. :rotfl::rotfl:

  • I'm in again this week. November challenge to sort out the living room was only a partial success ..... Ok more like an epic fail. So, can I get it nice for Christmas? Prhaps a bit of peer pressure from you lovely folks will help me get there.

Hugs, spoons and sticks to black dogs as appropriate.

Off to read what I missed on last week's thread.

Thanks for the lists ladies. I haven't been posting recently but have been busily flying away in the background on top of my full time job! Hoping to keep up again this week although I'm unlikely to post much.

    Hello ladies.

Thanks for the new list Dusty I'm in.

I have 2 days of work today and tomorrow so I have no excuse not to do the lists!

I had a lovely weekend but it was marred by some low life stealing my phone on Saturday night. I'm struggling to remember things without it. Getting a new phone is more problematic than it should be.

Germ containment vibes for MummyRoys. Continued improvement vibes for Ollie cat.

I'd also like to join the Ironing challenge.

Going to do a bit now.....
