With regards to the job, congrats! However it is a low wage and since you have obscene amounts of experience compared to a monkey like me, are you sure that there isn't a better paying job around the corner? You could get some additional work through odesk or peopleperhour. Unless this is genuinely an opportunity that you want to do and/or would lead to better things/salary.0 -

And on the salary front even if you have to go in at the bottom bracket it's always easier to get a pay increase once you're in the door!
I will be upto about 34 hour by the time I do my test.
I did some years ago so had a wee bit of a head start.

I think the role seems really good so will definitely take it either way.

Well as they say in Loreal world I am worth it.
They confirmed they will start me at my requested salary yipppeeeeeeee.
So should start next month.
Can't wait to start saving for the house now.

Had another driving lesson this morning & it was my first mock test.
It would have been a fail but that is ok because now I know where I need to make improvements.
He recorded 8 serious faults & 9 minors.
Mostly it was when I was doin the independant parts of the test.
Cannot wait to see my mock tests improve then go for it in a real test.

Passed my driving test first time today!!!!!!
Also got a job now I would love Monday to Friday but that is impossible these days so Sunday to Thursday will have to do.
Start my new job on 3rd march so still have a wee bit of time off.
