Had such a lazy day today. Got up & done a washing then had a bubble bath.
Spent ages on here having a wee look around the threads.
I don't even own a home yet but had a look through the MFW threads & oh my gosh its amazing the amounts of money people are able to throw at their mortgages one lady is paying about £4090 a month to be mortgage free by March!!!
Wow is all I can say to that, would love to earn enough to pay that much towards anything but hey ho there we go a wee bit of the green eyed monster coming out in me - whoops.
Its sometimes hard not to be like that but I managed to snap myself out of it pretty quickly.
Had another wee look for jobs there & gonna sort out the house now.
Be back later

Painted my nails all Christmassy today.
White nail varnish then 1 nail with a Christmas tree on it.
Not bad for a first attempt.
Listening to the music channel now.
Cannot do anything debtwise or otherwise until I get paid.
Hate being poor.

good luck with learning to drive! I won't lie I hated it at times but I got there! Also used a lot of Bachs rescue remedy towards the end! I think the realisation I was loose on the roads terrified me! But you will get there

Yeah I think you just work yourself up & get more nervous than you need to be.

Just back fro my first driving lesson :j
Went well, next lesson will be working on emerging from junctions, turning right & roundabouts cos I kinda panicked a bit when I was doin those things.
As usual with any new learner driver stalled about 5 times & when you make a mistake like that its just PANICCCCCCCCCCCCC
So what I need to remember for next lesson on the 24th, Take your time!!! Look around & see what is going on around me but try not to rush into anything just because there is a lot of people behind me etc cos I think that's what was making me stall & panic a bit. So what if it takes me an extra bit of time to drive round a corner or move off from the lights I will get better with experience & other people are aware that I am learning cos I am driving about I a big learner car with L signs all over it :rotfl:
Sooooooooooo I think that went well all in all.
As soon a Christmas is over will try to have a 2 hour lesson every week day would love to pass my test by the end of January
