What deals have you got with Virgin media?

We got our deal last august, we get xl bb, m phone and xl tv with V+ and additional box upstairs for 40 a month.

The V+ box was 25 installation fee, we had to take out the 85 package and cancel as soon as the install took place. We did this first bill was 60ish but now we pay 40 per month plus any calls (which are on average 8 quid). I bartered this deal by going between sky and virgin for about a week. Eventually someone called mark called me from Virgin and seemed to have a lot more clout than the standard sales line.

My advice would be stick to your guns whatever they say to you, reply with thats all well and good but I just want xyz for the lowest price possible be firm but polite and fingers crossed you'll get there in the end.

Should have added we had to fight again for this deal in December when we moved, they were very reluctant to give it to us but once again they succumbed lol
