If the manual said to be able to restore the laptop I'd need to create a recovery disk then I wouldn't be surprised if a retailer asked for it if I took it back.

    So how many's many then?

I'd be very surprised, because they are not necessary.

    68.4% of DFS managers
    0.0% of John Lewis managers

So a retail guru like you will be able to point instantly to the phrase in the T&C's that state no repair if restore disks haven't been made.

But what happens if the laptop can't be repaired for what the retailer considers a reasonable cost to them and therefore decides to offer a refund instead?
If system discs were supplied when the laptop was sold, the retailer has every right to refuse to accept it back unless these discs are returned as well.

These disks if they were there in the first place and are of very little value, it would be like asking for all the packaging back.

I've opened a lot of laptops in my time and I haven't seen a restore disk for years.

Seeing you've gone down to a tenth of a decimal place eg 68.4 that must mean you have bought over 1000 items from each store.

Please provide proof to back this up or just admit it's rubbish you've made up!

Just like your theory of getting the manager into a crowded area.

I know you haven't bought over 1000 items from each of these places so that only proves what I said about your original theory, you basically make up rubbish

You are a barrel of laughs aren't you. Of course that was a joke, how can I possibly give you proof. All I can do is give advice from my own experience.

Has you seem to know so much about this, how about you give me some proof that things I've said don't work.

Perhaps you should also swat up a little on mathematics also :)

    171/250 = 68.4%

And with a bit of work, I'm sure I could find a smaller fraction that would work out between 68.35 and 68.44

Of course Zandoni is talking nonsense, but if you're going to make comebacks, it's best to be accurate ;)
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

He would have had to have dealt with 100% of managers in order to say 68.4% were aggressive/bullying etc.

Nothing to do with how many products were purchased. ;)
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
